1. Terms
This Agreement shall begin upon application and payment submission. This also includes upon acceptance into the program, whichever comes first.
I agree and understand, any fee(s) or monies submitted by either myself, parents, sponsors or advertisers are non-refundable, non- transferable and there will be absolutely NO refunds given for any reason or circumstance.
I understand applicants must not be married. Applicants cannot be pregnant. Applicants must be born female at birth. Must be of good moral character and an upstanding US citizen. Applicants must meet the following age requirement being not younger than 16 years old as of the start of pageant and no older than 19 years old by the end of the pageant event.
Applicants must now reside in the United States as your permanent and primary residence for the full period of at least a year immediately prior to the beginning of the pageant (although you may attend a college or university elsewhere).
I understand that the Miss HBCU Teen pageant program may change the date and/or location of the pageant as deemed necessary. MHT reserves the right to change the competition format as necessary to fully oblige by any government/local regulations due to pandemic*.
All contestants must also show proof of commitment to their HBCU choice prior to the competition day. Proof can include: deposit receipt/form, enrollment schedule, or commitment letters on the school’s letterhead.
